Monday lunch: Falafel Patties. Shredded romaine, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, hummus, tzatziki, olives, mint & parsley.

Monday dinner: Eggplant Parmesan. Breaded eggplant cutlets, marinara, low-fat mozzarella, parmesan, kale-romaine caesar salad.

Tuesday lunch: Tostada Salad. Grilled chicken, black beans, iceberg lettuce, cheddar, red onion, olives, Spanish rice, & crushed corn tortillas.

Tuesday dinner: Charmoula Chicken. Herbed chicken with orange glazed carrots, triple steamed cous-cous with tomatoes and dill.

Wednesday lunch: Protein Salad. Spring mix, scallions, cucumber, mushrooms, avocado, hard-boiled egg, cottage cheese, tomato, olives, carrots, buttermilk tarragon dressing [like ranch but better].

Wednesday dinner: Ahi Poke. Seared ahi, avocado, orange segments, grilled pineapple, crispy wontons,  wakame and rice noodle salad, light spicy herb dressing.

Thursday lunch: Tropical Chicken Salad. Romaine-curly kale mix, grilled chicken, mango, red pepper, grapes, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, wilted celery, roasted pineapple, crispy soba noodles & citrus vinaigrette.

Thursday dinner: Herb Roasted Game Hen. Half game hen, wild rice pilaf, sautéed mushrooms, roasted cauliflower & carrots.

Friday lunch: Mediterranean Salad. Roasted bell pepper, blistered asparagus, zucchini, red onion, kalamata olive, torn basil, wilted black kale, spinach, & tomato vinaigrette.

Friday dinner: Beef or Chicken Fajitas. El pastor spiced beef or chicken, sautéed onions,  peppers, refried black beans, smashed avocado, Mexican rice, & flour tortillas. (Chose beef or chicken during checkout).
