Tuesday Dinner: Leg Day Lasagna. Multi layered lasagna, marinara, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, meat balls, & tomato-cucumber salad.

Wednesday lunch: Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps. Turkey, ham, provolone cheese, tomato, smoked bacon & garlic aioli.T

Wednesday dinner: Greek Pork Kebobs. Kebobs grilled with garlic-oregano-olive oil, imported olive-celery salad & sliced tomatoes.

Thursday dinner: Korean Beef Tacos. Korean marinated beef, 24 hr “quick” kimchee, flour tortillas.

Friday lunch: “Pasta” Alla Genovese. Zucchini “spaghetti”, blistered tomatoes, fresh tender green beans, pesto, potatoes & parmesan.

Friday dinner: Grilled Market Fresh Fish. Veracruz style with dirty red rice & roasted zucchini.
